Our Constitution and By-laws

In July 2017, the Group was incorporated and became an Affiliated Member of the WA Genealogical Society Inc., now known as Family History WA.

Our Constitution was amended at the Annual General Meeting held on 8 September 2024 and has now been approved by the Commissioner for Consumer Protection.

The current By-laws were amended at the Annual General Meeting held on 8 September 2024, with the only modifications being adjustments to the fees. Following the Commissioner for Consumer Protection's approval of the constitutional amendments passed at the same meeting, a comprehensive review of the By-laws will be undertaken.
